Dokku plugin does not recognize eventual CouchDB plugins

The official CouchDB docker image already provides a tag which serves an image bundled with the couchperuser plugin. Similarily we also want to see the geocouch plugin available within Dokku.

We could branch off from this dokku CouchDB plugin fork to use our geocouch docker image instead

• Hint: use self-built couchdb:1.6.1-geocouch image instead of merely couchdb:1.6.1
