[PE-D] Cannot handle case where there are 2 unique individuals with the same full name

Remarks:
As specified in the UG, name has to be unique. However, there is decent probability that 2 users of the same name reside in the same hall. In this case, this application will be a huge hindrance to the target user in managing the residents especially when it does not allow for them to keep track of 2 residents of the same name.

Proposal:
Your group might want to consider making another field unique. For e.g. Room Number
