Would this be better as a post build action in the job?

Possibly in addition to a configuration screen, but not at the exclusion of one. I say that because I'm thinking about a completely new user's workflow. They can't use the plugin without providing some information. Probably a URL, username, password, and list of builds to monitor (frequently I've found customers with lots of Jenkins jobs, many of which are from other groups that they don't care about). If they have to enter that information on a ton of different screens and in some random config file that they have to read documentation to find I think they will be unhappy and/or we risk losing them.

However, I was fiddling with our Jenkins build and I can't find a configuration screen for a single one of our plugins. I must be missing something. Is this config screen idea of mine even supported by Jenkins?
