Accessing task.Result in ContinueWith() should not trigger a prompt to fix #52

When using ContinueWith on a Task, accessing a task.Result shouldn't really trigger "AsyncConverter.AsyncWait". The task has finished execution and is either completed, faulted or cancelled. There is no point in awaiting on it, or is there?
