RTX3090 CUDA Version: 11.7 Python=3.10, meets OSError

When I use tsnecuda, I get the OSError:
libmkl_intel_lp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

What should I do?

When I use conda install tsnecuda -c conda-forge
The terminal displays the following message
