Describe the bug
If I use left or right bar orientation for the Bar chart then Y-axis labels cropped by chart container

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Bar chart demo on https://chtau.github.io/dlChartDoc/barchart
Select Left in the Bar orientation dropdown
See left part with the bar labels

Expected behavior
Bar label should render without cropping
