Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to offset the entire array of keyframe in a "Graduated Mask" without having to reposition all of them by the same -10px on the Y axis.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add an "Offset" or "Anchor" parameter to the Graduated Mask Effect. This should be Super Simple with large pay off.
This goes for most mask effects that have the same problem software "pattern" described above.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Moving all the keyframes up by 10 pixels by hand.

Additional context
The original keyframes were based on a different clip Scale. Changing the scale of the clip did not scale the mask center point (and target relative to). I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or not.
Should the Graduated mask "center point" be controlled by the clip scale? Currently, it's not.
