Share devices publicly

Since each thing in Grow-IoT has a URL and can be represented by a QR code, a grower we're working with wants to put a QR code in his greenhouse so people can see the current sensor data on their phones.

Currently, all devices and things are private by default and not visible unless logged in by the user who owns the device or thing.
