props need interaction indicator

On the dashboard you can track when props are up for a vote across multiple chains and DAOs, but it would be nice to have an indicator for props that are available to execute, as well as props that were executed but did not complete successfully, due to relay time-out/expire conditions.

This would help people know when props need their attention rather than assuming that they went through after providing a signature. Often you're waiting for days or even weeks for everyone else to sign, so you don't come back to every prop to monitor it was executed and relayed properly until long afterward.
