Currently this doesn't work:

input.txt

@twitterdev
@jack

twarc2 timelines input.txt --timeline-limit 1

it has to be

twitterdev
jack

which is awkward sometimes.

Ideally we should support this:

dril
@jack
"@twitterdev"
