Motivation

In storages, when storing multiple values using Vec<>, an attack vector is created:
someone could create a Massive vector, and overwelm the chain.

Suggested Solution

We should limit the vector size through BoundedVec<> instead, and use constants defined in the runtime, for the bounded vector size.
