The usage instructions are probably for a previous iteration / not up to date?

create a (eg. tp1) directory (tp0 can be used to check prerequisites)

This instruction is still correct I think.
What might not be clear enough is that those instructions are for people starting from scratch a new tutorial repository with gepetuto
