Parallel Documentation

For a project, a good documentation is as important as the codes written for it. So, this project will follow the "continuous documentation workflow". This issue will open many sub-task, and for the sub-tasks, unique members will get assigned.

As multiple members are interested in this issue. I will review the PR giving priority to whoever make a PR first. For now add a PROJECT.md in side src and write your documentation inside that
