could you change or tell me how to change the program so that esp on the storage of things works over long distances?

Last time i touched the cheat it wasn't able to pick them up. I was pretty sure it was due to the game's rendering system as the game is so poorly optimised they probably needed to reduce the rendering of everything they could just to get the game running.
