Adding a volta to a visible second instrument adds it instead to the hidden first instrument and it does not appear #549

Try adding a prima volta to measure 15. It does not appear; it gets attached instead to the invisible first instrument (Flute in this example). volta bug.zip

Seen in:
MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.7.0.10128857123, ec9f91b on Windows 11, and
MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.7.0.10156018025, ec9f91b on Windows 10

Works OK using MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, 3224f34 on Windows 7,
and Studio version (64-bit): 4.3.2-241630831, 22b46f2 on Windows 11.
