GUI rendering issues

1. I experienced font rendering issues, where the characters displayed poorly.
2. GUI text area doesn't redraw in some cases after window change, some region stays dirty, triggered mostly by qt based programs

Reproduction instruction for 1:

• Open a textfile with long lines
• Resize Koder horizontally to pretty narrow
• Under a specific horizontal window size the vertical scrollbar will disapear (<- Why?), make the window smaller than this
• Slowly make the window bigger horizontally
• Experience the rendering artifacts

It seems the scrollbar messes up the redraw and leaves ~ unreadable charcters
