Windows: Maximum execution time exceeded

My Application runs with
PHP 8.2.3
Symfony 7.0.3
knplabs/knp-snappy-bundle: 1.10.0
knplabs/knp-snappy: 1.15.0
symfony/process: 7.0.3

creating a pdf file, no matter how simple or small) always runs into an execution timeout.
Only on Windows (Windows 11) though, it works on Linux (Ubuntu 18)
