Move sections without quantitative MAF results to Further Work

I made a first pass at this in the spring, and can do a reprise in August once everyone's conclusions are in place.

The chapter editors suggested that I distinguish between "analyses in preparation" and "proposed analyses", in order to provide a better home for science sections that have been worked on a fair bit but still lack quantitative or MAF analysis. I will look out for this, and think about how to present them.
