Describe the FR

When mechapwn writes an nvm backup, after successfully writing it, it should attempt to copy the backup with the same name into a folder called ps2_nvm_backup or something. However, this copy must only happen if the file didn't previously exist

Describe the solution you'd like

A second backup, only written if it previously didn't exist
