Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When submitting a new PR the current project automation assumes all PRs will be opened as a draft and sets them In Progress. Small PRs could easily be opened that are immediately ready for review though.

Describe the solution you'd like

The automation should check if it's a draft on the pull_request_target: opened GHA trigger and if it is, set the statuses to In Review instead of In Progress.
