Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently our CI is hardcoded to run on runners with a v100 GPU

We should expand this to test the different available GPUs (A100 and V100 currently)

Describe the solution you'd like

Within the final test runner we should add a matrix that splits the different architectures
