About NoC of Eyeriss_like tutorial

Hello, I have some problems about NoC
In Eyeriss, dataflow is organized in row-stationasy way, data can be passed in the direction of rows, columns and diagonal. Does Timeloop and Accelergy have ability to model such features? And I have some questions about the XY_NoC file in the exercise of eyeriss in 2020. What is its function and how is it introduced into the main architecture?
