Issue description:

When selecting all tests for a run, for example both MSTest tests, and NUnit tests, only part of the tests (only MSTest group) are run.

Versions used:

OpenCover exe: latest
OpenCover.UI: latest from master
Visual Studio (inc. SP number): VS2015 Pro
MsTest/NUnit/xUnit: MsTest and NUnit
