ignore custom keys in catalog name field

It would be nice if catalog BED files were allowed to have arbitrary keys within the name field in addition to the ones expected by TRGT (similar to the way ExpansionHunter ignores unrecognized keys in a variant catalog). This would allow catalogs to have extra annotations like GENE, etc.
