Hello,
I’m a new user of Plus. I want to get real-time data from Motive and send it to 3D Slicer by using Plus Server Launcher. I was able to do that by using “PlusApp-2.80.20191105-fusionTrack-Win64.exe”. However, when using “PlusApp-2.9.0.20220128-Clarius-Win64.exe” with the same config file I get this error in Plus Server Launcher:

Connection failed!

Please select another device set and try again!

log file is also attached.

I would really appreciate it if you can help me.

Based on the error, it would seem you need to specify a calibration file in the latest version.
You can find more info here: http://perk-software.cs.queensu.ca/plus/doc/nightly/user/DeviceOptiTrack.html

Hi,

I have also a connection problem when I want to stream data from Clarius to 3D Slicer by using Plus Server Launcher. I am using Clarius App on a tablet, and I used “PlusApp-2.9.0.20220128-Clarius-Win64.exe”. The error I get is in the attached file. I should mention that when I click on the “Launch server” button it will stay on lunching mode.
I really appreciate it if you can help me in this regard.
