Validation delay on less powerful server

Currently I do some tests with rpki validators and for this i used the rpki-validator-3 on a system with relatively slow hardware.

I found out, that in this case the first validation after starting the service is skipped (If no cache is there, so it is started the very first time). I could reproduce it with a VM that i gave also little ressources. After this first delay of 10 minutes, all works fine. I noticed it the first time on a Raspberry Pi 4, that's powerfull enough to do the validation process. Maybe the startup takes to long.
