EFI Firmware is missing

Create or Import a windows VM using EFI
it fails when attaching/creating the EFI disk:

on create error: usr/share/pve-edk2-firmware//OVMF_CODE_4M.secboot.fd' not found

PR is here. I did only a smoke test yet. will test with a full windows machine soon.

keep in mind this is the original tianocore uefi, not the proxmox-patched one (different logo)
Ideally we should use https://github.com/proxmox/pve-edk2-firmware/tree/master/debian but I failed getting the debian makefile to run in nix (didn't use MAKE in 24 years...), but might brush up on it, as there are things I want to patch in UEFI too, and enable it for nix:

• custom logo in the nix flake for the proxmox host
• disable bios hotkey from the proxmox config file
• set secure-boot on/off from the proxmox config file
