[Quick Order List] message x items added/removed not showing

Describe the current behavior

When adding/removing items from cart with QOL, the message x items added/removed not showing

This is due to some refactoring done for cart racing conditions where many items can be added subsequentially

We need to think about the messages and how we show them since if we show them per row, the message may change/update very quickly

Describe the expected behavior

We should investigate what type of message we'd like to show and the best UX experience
