Non-recombobulated accessories incorrectly preferred over recombobulated in Magical Power calculation

Describe the bug
When there are duplicate accessories in Accessory Bag and one is recombobulated while the other one is not, sometimes the wrong one will count as active and towards Magical Power

(Not applicable) Usually I'd open a PR to fix this, but for this one I feel like it was easier to just notify the devs of this issue

Expected behavior
I expected recombobulated accessories be active and normal ones inactive
