We can add the save tab method in eqt and remove it from the CIL-GUI. See https://github.com/TomographicImaging/CIL-GUI/pull/210

This method should avoid changing the dictionary in a for loop. See comment by @paskino on modifying dictionaries in https://github.com/TomographicImaging/CIL-GUI/pull/210#discussion_r1572515050
