The date pickers in the app have led to bad years (e.g. 0018 instead of 2019) being saved for the following dates:

  • GENERATOR.SIGNATURE_DATE
  • TRANSPORTER.SIGNATURE_DATE
  • DES_FAC.SIGNATURE_DATE
  • EMANIFEST.SHIPPED_DATE
  • EMANIFEST.RECEIVED_DATE
  • EMAN_SUMMARY.SHIPPED_DATE
  • EMAN_SUMMARY.RECEIVED_DATE

These all need to be updated per the spreadsheets found here: [https://rcrainfo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EM/pages/729677889/Data+Cleanup|https://rcrainfo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EM/pages/729677889/Data+Cleanup|smart-link]

Acceptance Criteria
