Optimize the query for the Industry image table. Currently this checks if the site is the generator, broker, Transporter, TSDF, or Alt TSDF. We could simplify this by eliminating checking transporter and brokers.

Acceptance Criteria
(x) The image table query only checks generator, designated facility and alt TSDF EPA Site ID columns
