Like we we do in other places in the application (e.g. industry invoice Pay Bill button), add some handling so a user can't double click the Save and Review and Sign buttons.

Acceptance Criteria
(x) User cannot double click the following buttons

  • Save
  • Review and Sign
  • Review and Quick Sign
