[REF] fix-vim-snippet: Use just if vauxoo/odoo-80-image-shippable-auto image was built

Currently the script

• docker run -it --rm --name fix-vim-snippet -v ${TRAVIS_BUILD_DIR}/odoo-shippable/scripts/fix-vim-snippet.py:/root/fix-vim-snippet.py vauxoo/odoo-80-image-shippable-auto python /root/fix-vim-snippet.py --extensions sh,sql,python is running without valid if the image was built.

Because we have a built just if changed the folder of the image #193

Then if you run a docker run IMAGE docker download IMAGE from hub and show false results.

• Enable all extensions (currently we are filtering just --extensions sh,sql,python but is require see other ones)
