Restrict allowed licenses in ament_copyright

Hi, would it be possible to add the following features to ament_copyright ?

• Restrict the set of known licenses to a subset of the existing ones.

Currently this package defines a bunch of valid licenses.
I would like to run a check that requires only 1 specific license to be present in my project.
