The token itself is not stored anywhere, but instead will be printed out to you when you create the token. |

The JWT token is generated at https://github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/blob/master/util/session/sessionmanager.go#L158 We should be able via argocd-cli to generate such JWT token for existing account token ! But as a workaround, use any tool such as https://jwt.io/ to generate a token , btw "iat" is required but not validated by argocd. |

Hi, I would like to use a jwt token for a role. My question is with a declarative setup where argocd is deploying argocd how do I retrieve the jwt token? I have created the following manifest
In the ui or cli I could create one as well but how do I retrieve it by creating it in this way?
I have looked here: https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/release-2.1/operator-manual/declarative-setup/#projects
Many thanks for the help.
