Background: Running Cloud9 and running through all the labs in sequence for the ECS workshop. I haven't cleanedup any resources for each and encountered this error in the Networking section. This may be due to a previous component of the lab.

Might need to put it in a hidden section separately in the document for those who don't encounter this error.
