CKEditor 5, line break not possible

This was reported in a Forum post:

the line break Shift + Enter (<br>) does not work, and wrapping text with Enter creates a paragraph (<p>), resulting in unnecessary indents in the formatting

Update: The <br> tag is prohibited in the filter, why did they do this? This is a necessary option for formatting text. And this is strange on a forum where code is posted.

To fix the issue, I suggest to add the <br> tag to the allowed HTML tags in the filter configuration for the Standard format (which uses CKEditor 5).
