New Partner Pool list filter (including CoW)

1. Add a new Button Group to filter core partner pools.
   • All pools will display all pools on the Balancer protocol
   • Initial Partner pools will be CoW, Gyro and Xave.
2. Logic around Pool types within main filters button
   • Option 1: Remove FX, CoW AMM and Gyro CLP.
     • This logic is probably easiest, but one disadvantage is that users can't see both 'CoW' and 'Gyro' pools at the same time.
   • Option 2: Alternatively, keep these filters but apply some logic where if any of these filters are selected, the ButtonGroup toggle must switch to the 'All pools' option. This would allow a user to filter by a couple of items like 'FX' and 'CoW AMM' concurrently.
