This issue is to track progress on implementing a mobile view for the website.

I plan on at least implementing a mobile nav-bar before initial release. However, the server browser itself likely won't look great on smaller phones due to the table layout we currently have.

After I implement a grid view (#12), I plan on making that the default/only view for mobile since we'll be able to make the grid view a lot more mobile-friendly than the table view.

Finally got around to starting to work on this. Still work to do, but almost ready!
