repair html view (luci-app-bmx7): nothing goes except topology

nothing goes except topology.

the GET Parameters doesnt look very nice ($ in parametername), and are wrong interpreted. ($ vs. %24)
and the info-page is refreshing too fast

luci-app-bmx6 seems to have this problem too.. and what about the openwrt-1907 branch?

Please make a PR against openwrt-19.07 branch backporting the commit. If you like we can do the same game (first master, then openwrt-19.07) for luci-app-bmx6 as well (would be nice to have them all up and working before battlemesh on OpenWrt 19.07)

and i saw that luci-app-... for bmx6 is more complex than for bmx7. do we really NOT need all these missing features?
