신규 가입과 기존 회원의 닉네임 변경 시 정해진 규칙에 맞는 닉네임인지 우선 클라이언트에서 검증이 필요합니다.

정해진 닉네임 규칙은
[한글/영문 대소문자/숫자]만 허용합니다.
