we need to ensure keyboard shortcuts for everything for accessibility purposes.

Some good starting points might be:
src/screens/EPub/controllers/constants/shortcuts.js
src/screens/EPub/components/ShortcutModal.js
src/screens/EPub/components/ChapterTitle/index.js
src/screens/EPub/index.js

Also it should be possible to use only the keyboard i.e. tab between everything.
