[Feature Request] Add support for psf/psf2/minipsf/minipsf2 sound files.

Hi
I'm coming from Windows where I could play those files with Winamp and Foobar without having to convert them into other sound formats. I saw that SPC support was added back in 2018, so for some niche PSF support would be a nice thing to have. I know there is Sexypsf but it's a tad hard to compile software from 2005 for a non-coding person.
