Please expand the explanation for applying the Conan profile

Hello. Thank you for the plug-in. The profile part of this article isn't clear; my match window is empty. I've tried copying the settings in the article to a text file and running conan config install --type file [my_file]. I've looked at the CMake profiles windows in the settings, but it's not clear whether (or where) I should copy the profile from the article. It would be great if you could expand on how to apply the profile so the CMake and Conan profiles can be matched.
