Make it possible to start only particular services when start the devcontainer #3

Sometimes we would want to start only one particular service (frontend or api) while we work on it individually. I want to play with it and provide decent examples.

Maybe it makes sense not to control what services to run but rather start devcontainer without any just to hav correct environment. Then we'll be able to do docker-compose up or any specific service right from inside devcontainer.
