Evaluate atom, mass and unit cell ratios from phase scaling factors in PDFContribution as in PDFgui.
Evaluate estimated standard deviations for these values. Reuse code from PDFfit2.
Consider re-normalizing partial PDF so that phase scales are proportional to atom concentrations.
Support co-refinement of phase fractions from X-ray and Neutron PDFs.
