LUN-434: Add custom discipline vocabulary to dictionary

Currently only words of lunes standard vocabulary are in the dicitionary. Also all words of an added custom discipline should be in dicitionary. All words should be ordered lexicographically.

 

Changed back to "waiting for cms" as the current possibilities are only:

1. call /api/words endpoint, getting all lunes standart vocabulary

2. call api/words with api-key, getting all lunes standard vocabulary plus the vocabulary of the custom disicpline.

But it a user has two api-keys we would have to filter a lot of duplicates and as there is a lot of data, i think it is to slow. 

Blocked by APIv2 (ticket in cms:  digitalfabrik/lunes-cms#376)

As described in LUN-61, this will be fixed when PR #405 is merged, so no need to open a separate ticket for it.
