QA: Test upgrades from LTS to the latest trunk

Task

Upgrading from a Long-Term Support (LTS) version of dotCMS to the latest trunk version must be thoroughly tested to ensure a smooth and error-free transition. Without proper testing, there is a risk of data corruption, functionality issues, or system instability. This upgrade impacts all users who are moving from a stable LTS version to the latest development version.
