[Bug Report] EmuDeck Windows fails to login to retro achievements with valid login credentials on setup

What happened?

when setting up emu deck on windows and logging into my retro achievements account, i keep getting an error message saying credentials maybe incorrect but i went to the retro achievements website and used the same login info i set and it logged in without issue indicating that the app version of windows is broken for achievements
